Simpson West were very professional and helpful from the beginning with advise on solicitors and financial advisers (Daniel Wykes). Our house sold in the first week of advertising but the sale fell through just before the contracts were to be signed as the buyer had changed their mind. Simpson West then arranged lots of viewings but unfortunately no one put in an offer.They then suggested we use our house as a trade in so we could get the house we had put in an offer for before our sale fell through which meant they lost the fee for our sale so we could get the house we wanted We will definitely consider using them again in the future if we decide to move again
