Where do I begin.....Lgjames are always helpful and honest. I had some serious financial difficulties with my life and struggled to pay my rent. The people at LGJames helped me with everything. I would give the 5 stars every day of the week. They gave me good advice that has stood me in good stead for the next few years. I will always be grateful to them. Absolutely angered by how this so called company treats their tenants. Total shambles with lack of professionalism and full of bullies and Thief's.They are totally rude and inpatient, they have been known to steal from their tenants and they lie.I can see from the reviews that I'm not the only one.Typical pirate company.
Where do I begin???The staff are completely unprofessional. There have been many times we have reported issues with the property we're in, but they don't take any notice, and then blames you for not reporting it. They do not have good communication with one another, and we have also noticed that one of their rules that they like to follow is all staff 'Must Lie' We have caught them lying on many different occasions. We're not the only ones who have mentioned how bad this company is.We cannot wait to leave this horrible company in the near future.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
