Terrible customer service, in the past month I have asked to view over 5 houses, I have not viewed any of them as they either dont get back to you or just ignore messages, I would never use this agency to sell a property and if a house is for sale with them I wont even bother calling to view it, absolutely disgusted
I saw a house on the right move website fresh posted by howe and I called the agency and I asked to see the house. I said that I will rent only for me and my little daughter and they said that will call me back. In the next second I was angry and I was going straight to the town center at the howe agency and I ask to see the house and the agent said that at the moment the house is not empty and we wait for the people to go out from the house and they said that will call me when the house is empty. The next day in the morning I searched for the house again and I found it but was LET AGREED. HORIBLE AGENCY, AVOID. They have a problem with single moms. I presented my situation to them and I said that I have a full time contract, bank statements, payslips and full money to cover the rent+deposit+agency fees and I never took benefits from the goverment because Im considering that I earn enough. AVOID.
