Was very disappointed to arrive just before 9pm, when the kitchen closes and be turned away while I was helping my very elderly grandmother inside (she's 98!). We didn't get to eat, but I felt that the way we were treated while with someone who is very elderly and struggles to walk was very unkind. I haven't bothered to go back since as the Paletto Lounge just across the street is a really great place which has far more welcoming staff.
Worst quality food accompanied with worst ever customer service. A proper chain restaurant at its 'best'. Hope you will close down soon to let someone reasonable to serve locals.
Lovely clean restaurant, good environment and good food. We had a slightly odd experience as I arrived half an hour earlier than our group booking, planning to finish some work over a coffee. The restaurant was half empty. The staff seemed genuinely baffled by my request and told me they had no milk to make a coffee. It was odd. But they rallied once the rest of my group arrived and we had a lovely evening. Maybe no one works in Corby on laptops in restaurants???
A nice place with polite and attentive waiting staff, the food was gorgeous but the portions were very small, there was 4 of us and we all had 3 courses. 1 alcoholic drink the other drinks were pop and coffee, the bill was over 100, we decided to go because we got Tesco vouchers.It was nice being "posh" for an evening but we won't be going again....
Food came out like warm. Sent it back to be done again but think it was heated up in the microwave possibly. Couldn't fault the staff they were friendly and helpful
