Awful... food was inedible and mushy...
We went in to the shop yes we had a drink I asked about the chicken tikka could they cut it fine they took my order then as before the assistant took our order then went on his phone talking his own language I said you shouldn't be doing this whilst we are in your shop he said to this is my shop I can talk in my language if I want too !!! I get home I and i open my takeaway and it's a lamb doner instead of chicken as before in the reviews they are a joke !!!!! I won't be in there shop again
Absolute joke!! We ordered chicken on chips x3, we got chicken kebab in a pitta bread. My large order was a small anywhere else - like seriously it wasn't even a whole chicken breast, they're having a laugh charging what they are... When we called to tell them that they mixed up the order, all they had to say was we need to be more specific next time! Seriously, cause I'm going to order from you next time... ?! The guy on the phone was just rude, not the customer service you'd expect. They wanted to send us extra chips, but what was the point, it's not what we ordered, and meat would have been cold by then anyway. The arrogance of the guy on the phone was just beyond believable, seriously people you are in a business where customer service is everything, you forked up, it happens but accept it and don't argue and be rude on the phone with your customers.. we are never coming back, and will make sure our friends don't order from you either!
Got given abuse on the phone when I told the guy that I would not be ordering from them again, as they had messed up my order YET AGAIN. He proceeded to say he didn't care and started shouting and banging the phone on the counter! What a joke!!! I will be ordering from Flames kebab going forward and will advise everyone I know not to order from this disgrace of a place!!
