Good gym, loads of machines from beginner to advanced.
Wonderful place. Felt a little intimidated by all these big muscles and me walking in with my fat belly however after haven spoken to the BIG man at the front desk, all changed. Really nice people. The moral of the story is do not judge people just by their looks. I will definitely recommend this place and hopefully I will be joining soon
I visited this gym recently after a night shift, I was impressed upon walking in to see the shire size of this place, I was greeted at reception and shown around the facility which was a big help as it gave me some form of idea of the selectorised equipment placement, the changing facilities were a hood size, and showers were available to those who want them after their sessions, a mazanine floor is host to cardio equipment of all sorts from stairmasters to bikes and treadmills along with a smaller core training area should you want to use it, the facility has a good range of plate loaded equipment, selectorised machines, free weights and barbells, and also has a reasonable sized strong man area and rig! A very good facility for a range of training styles anf I would very much recommend giving it a go if you haven't already!
Top gym, possibly the best in Northants. Everything you could possibly need. Caters for everyone, cardio , body building & strongman. Owners are friendly and will offer advice if required which many gyms won't or can't offer. Fantastic gym, and I've been to more than a few ! Also, this gym is constantly adding new equipment .
Totally blown away by the equipment at the Cave. There really is something for everyone. New equipment arriving on a regular basis will keep everyone motivated. Really nice helpful, and friendly staff. A really good gym for beginners, advanced and everything in between.
