Joining this gym has changed my outlook on exercise, Id been a member of normal gyms in the past and rarely went, but Chrysalis is different, it keeps you motivated, everyone is friendly and welcoming, and the workouts are hard work but you feel better for putting in the effort and doing it. I have noticed a big difference in my strength in the 10 months I have been attending. I would advise you to give this gym a go :)
