Great service but no lift. Not great as disabled.
Went into the Stamford branch of Specsavers which is in Morrisons. This is now sometime ago.My glasses came loose just needed the screw tightened. They said they wouldn't do it,I was quite disgusted so I phoned up the head office to complain. They weren't the slightest bit interested couldn't care less. With that kind of service would not recommend them not at all. A simple thing like tightening one screw on my glasses I was wearing so I could go shopping in the supermarket Morrisons. Terrible company couldn't care less would never recommend them. They may be a very good opticians which I don't doubt but as far as customer relations is concerned hopelessly terrible they may be very good opticians but customer relations comes a long way in helping customers in every aspect of service.They don't seem to care and don't have a clue about how to deal with customers' properly.

Prescribed glasses that i have only just been able to wear years later.when i queried them told my eyes would adjust...shouldn't take literally years to do so.Hence never gone back,and dont intend to
