UpdateHave had to recently use it and unfortunately was told I would never be able to get an app after 4pm which is no good for me as I work in a school. This is a suggestion that I feel needs to be looked at. The medical advice I received was good and we were only kept for 5 mins after our appointment time.Original reviewNot had a problem since joining a few months that ago. Was a bit worried after reading reviews about the rude staff but I think if you treat people the way you expect to be treated then you will never have a problem. The building needs some TLC to make it more welcoming but as long as I'm getting the correct medical advice for me and my family that's all that matters.
I find the GPs to be good and they listen to you. Reception staff are always helpful. They are going to be extending the surgery soon so they can accommodate more people and doctors.
The best thing I have done. Was leaving lakeside 6yrs ago. The Staff and doctors work well as a team. I have never had a problem with either.
Modern building. Expect to wait at least 20 mins after your appointment time to be seen but turn up 1 min late and they won't see you.
