I would put 0 if I could, very disappointing!!! I used the garage for a few years. This year I ordered exactly the same service like two previous years, but finished paying twice for the same service, which obviously did not make any sense to me, nor it should to them. It was just because they changed their rules, but they failed to tell me about it. Well, they got some extra cash from me, instead of 1 hour they kept my car for the whole day, I had to cancel all my arrangements for the day. I feel like I was treated as a fool, very unfair! Do not recommend it.
Used this garage a handful of times. Great customer service, helpful and friendly staff. They do a great job, and rectify if any problem. Sent me videos of the work that needs doing and what has been done, Great garage. Many thanks, will definitely use them again!
No hassle, prompt, efficient. Booked my car in for MOT the day before online. I was quickly looked after by the receptionist once I got there. Took my car details and key then led me to a waiting lounge. It was clean and bright with free wifi. I was offered tea or coffee which was a nice touch. You can also buy cold can of drink there. There was a TV to watch and a CCTV monitor to show how they work on your car. It was a busy garage which is always a good sign. After 40 minutes got my MOT, job done. They even checked my cars wheel alignment with a report for free which has never happened to me before. Total price 29.95!Will use this establishment for my future car service for sure.
Took daughters car for Service and MOT. Needed brake fluid changed. This was done a few days later. Both me and my daughter were impressed with the video sent.Really friendly, helpful staff. Very clean reception area with drink machine.Will definitely be going back.Recommended by us
