My dpf was really backed up and my car was in limp mode, I went to Halfords and paid for the full dpf overnight clean but the job was done so poor the issue returned literally 4-5 drives later. I called ProEngine to take a chance and a tech came down and he was patient, honest and professional. One of the rarest things to have is a motor tech who will try to prevent you spending more money but ProEngine have proved they are a cut above the rest. Tech took the time to do the job with care, invested time just to verify that I even needed what I requested when he could've just done it regardless but instead he took the honest approach. Me personally would've paid for it without blinking but tech wanted to make sure I wasn't wasting my time or money on something unless I really needed it. On top as a good will gesture he threw a surprise treat in as well (which further improved my performance), I am so impressed that ProEngine will be my only go forward service provider for DPF/Carbon Cleans. You get what you pay for, the price may be a little more than big franchises (in this case was the same as a full Halfords DPF clean) but the job was done 10 times better, tested/verified before sign off and done at your location of choice. Couldn't recommend enough, Thanks again!
Had my Ford Focus ST done yesterday and I am have to admit that the results are much better than what I expected - it picks up speed much more quicker and the acceleration seem to be a lot smoother than it was. Also my car had a slight misfire problem which is now gone. Went for a longer drive today and noticed that the MPG also improved - it went from 21 to 25.6 MPG which is great! Kamil was also very friendly, professional and knowledgeable - explained everything well and provided with excellent no rush service. I would definitely recommend these guys! Thank you
I had my BMW 320d done with them couple of weeks ago - I have to admit I was very skeptical prior to service. Technician arrived in time and he was very good with explaining the process, done full diagnostics on my car and informed me that the light on the dashboard was for the EGR valve (insufficient airflow). I went for a test drive after a treatment and OMG I could not believe how my car felt. Much more smoother acceleration, better response, engine worked quieter with less vibrations and the management light was gone. Its been couple of weeks since I had it done and the light still hasnt came back and the car feels great still. I have also noticed an improvement in the fuel consumption - got around 11 MPG more which is great! I would recommend them to everyone as its amazing how much improvement you get after this process and how professional those guys are. Great price too. Thank you !
