Parcel missing
Absolutely shocking service !!! Had to wait for an 1 hour for nobody to answer to see where my parcel is as the tracking number brings nothing up , never using the service again!!
People working in Royal Mail on delivery and collection point there very nice for me. They don't has a problem to checking house before leave the delivery note. I remember when last time smiley woman made sure there is somebody is in the house before leave the delivery note. Royal Mail quality of delivery it's very close to DHL services. I want to taked 5 stars, but last time my package is missed, becouse someone from delivery send my package back becouse he confused the address, and when we sending this back, woman on the post office cross my backing adress, and now i don't know where is my pack after two months, and my mistake is to miss the paper with aprove sending the package.
Went to the collections office to pick up a parcel. Probably shouldn't say this, but my 2 year old really needed a wee and as it was empty, we were allowed to use the staff amenities. On the way back however myself, along with my 5 year old and 2 year were given a guided tour of the sorting office and how everything works which was really cool.
