We took our cat here last year.When we arrived there, there was no chalet available so they put him in a horrible concrete room with little light and no bed or food initially.My wife was very upset at this so we discussed it andwent and collected him without even leaving the premises. We paid in full and afterwards wrote to them asking for a refund, to which we didn't even receive a reply. Very bad experience and seem more geared towards dogs and horses.
The dogs love staying here, and the enclosed field is a lot of fun for them :)
