Absolutely fantastic hotel with those little small touches that make you feel right at home. I felt valued from the second I arrived which is a rarity these days. Coffee machine with pods, a real bottle of milk chilled in the fridge and a little note from the housekeeping team were spot on. The spa was included in my stay which were spotless and the treatment I had was superb. Thank you for a great stay and I'll definitely be back.
The hotel is great. Front of house staff are very friendly and brilliant. It's just the restaurant that lets it all down. Overpriced food and 1 waitress serving all the tables. even with only a few tables takes forever to do anything and half the time isn't even in the restaurant.
Went for a day experience. Spa day with a treatment and afternoon tea. I went for the massage experience and the ladies were lovely and made me feel very relaxed. The pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi were clean and it was not busy at all so was very relaxing.Afternoon tea was served with a 'circus' theme which was a surprise. The server did say they have themes to the run up to Christmas. It was kinda childish and the server said I could have opted out but wasn't made aware when I booked. It didn't really bother me as the food was delicious in the end. Overall the experience was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful! I would definitely go again and recommend to my friends.
I always feel at home anytime I'm here.... lovely breakfast to start my day. Clean rooms and staffs are very polite and lovely.
had stayed her couple of years ago and the room was fresh newly decorated but this weekend was in room 149 and it was very dated. however the staff are first class and look after you to a high standard. our room card never seemed to work so that was annoying. they should offer a taxi /shuttle service to the local Corby centre.
