Not only did they missed 8 items from my order when I called about it I was told I need to wait 3-5 hrs to request a refund because my order status is not updates and there is nothing they can do. I I have wasted my time calling them to get a refund or do something because my items were missing and after taking all the code numbers from me and wasting my time I was told I need to call them again in about 3 to 5 hours after the status order updateds to get a refund or for them to do anything about it. This is not the first time something is wrong whether its the order/website. DONT RECOMMEND -use a different store for online grocery orders
More choices for gluten free.especilly Xmas .start Dee's gluten free page so I spread the news around Corby . We can eat this festive food and not suffer afterwards. Well done
Last 2 home deliveries from this store had 11 and 12 items missing. When I tried to ring the store on numerous ocassions to speak to the manager I was hung up on, greeted by someone on the other end who pretended he couldn't hear or left being transferred and it ringing out. Either way, you don't get to talk to the manager... Very dodgy!!!
I bring my daughter here after ballet every Tuesday for lunch. The service is always great and the food is brilliant value.
Asda Corby is much bigger than the Kettering Store and has a lot more interesting products to choose from. The clothes department has plenty of choice for everyone. Good for a browse and a shopping trip.
