First time my wife & I have been in this shop as it has moved from it's old place to this one. It seems a bigger shop. Its clean and well stocked and the two ladys who work there are absolutely brilliant, very helpful, polite, talkative, professional in everyway. My wife found everything she needed.

Don't go here for good customer service, went in with a supposably showerproof jacket which let water through in a drizzle (no receipt so didn't expect a refund) and was met with 'what do you expect us to do about it?'.Won't be shopping there again.
