Massively unhelpful. Went at just before 3 today, only wanted the three back seats cleaning (dogs), to be told I asked how much "40 but we haven't got time today as it takes a long time to do all that cleaning". 40 I thought was a little steep for 3 seats. When I explained this it went down to 15 but they still don't have time. They close at 6pm there's three of them working. I was a little surprised. Anyway now at Eric's attached to Esso garage and they've done them no issue in 20 mins. Feels a little like they're trying to rip/fob people off.
Another car wash not much I can say rather do it yourself cheaper and better
It was horrific, they moved our car to the other side of the car park and they completely snapped our boot Handel then the fixed it with a piece of tape that came of in about ten minutes, would NOT recommend EVER going there.
Hardly worth having the car washed, other than the tyres looking nice and black the rest of the body work particularly the front end and wheel arch had to be cleaned once I got home. The dirt was not due to the 1/2 mile journey home but due to the poor quality wash the car had received. Too many other car wash places in Corby to bother using this one again! Very disappointed
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR KEYS WITH THEM.......I used this car wash since the franchise opened in 2013 and was very satisfied with their service until 11 July 2015. After a valet, they damaged my car by parking the front spoiler onto a kerb with a metal bolt sticking out of the ground. I provided 2 quotes to the owner when he returned from holiday and was assured that he would pay from his own pocket if necessary. After he consulted with his regional manager the following day he would no longer pay for damages or admit any liability and referred me to Tesco's Customer Service desk. My car insurance would not pay up and I am 955.96 worse off for a new front bumper!
