Had a hire car after a road acident which were not my fault and staff and assistance were ok. However after taking the car back I realised I left my sunglasses in the car but it has not been found by anyone. Took the car 10 minutes to 6 before closing. Next morning at around 8:20 the car was already out and the team who prepared the car to go out again did not found it .... hard to believe

Had reserved a car well in advance for a specific time. They were unable to provide a car for us in a reasonable time. A couple calls later to competing rental agencies and we had a lovely Peugeot 208 for the weekend for less than what Enterprise was offering. Went with a known name to avoid this sort of hassle.
